- Body Sculpting
- Through personal one on one fitness sessions, Patrick Sampson
will help you develop the body you desire and require. An all-around
fitness program will be designed based on your current physical
condition and previous exercise activity. This personalized workout
routine, weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility,
and nutritional information.
- Weight Loss
- Developed for individuals who need more focus on reducing the
amount of body fat. This program explains the basis of weight
loss through the increase of your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
Vegas Workout will work to tighten and tone you're whole body.

strong desire to compete. High Intensity Training (H.I.T.) is
