Vegas Workout offers one on one Personal Training services to get you in physical shape. We offer a variety of Fitness Programs guaranteed to meet your individual fitness needs. With years of experience as a Personal Trainer in Las Vegas, Patrick Sampson caters to our local client’s individual fitness needs and busy schedules.

You may choose from a variety of Fitness Programs that are sure to meet your individual Personal Training needs:

  • Mobile Personal Training - Patrick Sampson offers mobile personal training offering in home service & also the use of local club house fitness facilities. If you are interested in one-on-one personal training service please contact us directly for more details.
  • Body Sculpting - Through personal one on one fitness sessions, Patrick Sampson will help you develop the body you desire and require. An all-around fitness program will be designed based on your current physical condition and previous exercise activity. This personalized workout routine, weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, and nutritional information.
  • Weight Loss - Developed for individuals who need more focus on reducing the amount of body fat. This program explains the basis of weight loss through the increase of your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Vegas Workout will work to tighten and tone you're whole body. The areas of interest for women include the hips, thighs, and arms. For men we focus on the abdominal muscles.
  • Cardiovascular - This program is designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels of fitness. We focus on increasing endurance and stamina through many types of cardiovascular exercises. Flexibility is also a factor. This program is also great for distance runners.
  • Sports Training/Endurance - If you would like to improve your game in football, basketball, golf, running, etc. Patrick Sampson will create a program that focuses on strengthening sport related movements. Vegas Workout incorporates many aspects of training, including strength, cardiovascular, intervals, plyometrics, and circuit training. Great for competitive athletes or just the weekend athlete.
  • Body Building - Our Body Building Program incorporates all the exercises and nutritional schedules to create a competitive muscular physique. Bodybuilding focuses on periodization. This involves phases of muscle growth and body fat reduction and a super strict diet schedules. Vegas Workout will design a program for individuals who have a strong desire to compete. High Intensity Training (H.I.T.) is the highlight of this program. (We do require that you have prior weight training experience for this fitness program).
