Q. How does your service work?
A. Every prospective client will fill out an online questionnaire, what I call a lifestyle change questionnaire. Once that is completed & submitted to me I will design the workout plan that is right for you based on your feedback.
Q. Will an online workout program really work?
A. Yes, because every person is different and designing fitness plans based on individual goals is the key to success in physical fitness.
Q. If I'm not sure of an exercise or other technique in my plan may I contact you?
A. Yes, I am available through email or telephone to all clients on my fitness programs.
Q. Will my plan change?
A. Yes, your initial workout plan is for eight weeks. After that I will do an assessment of your progress to keep or modify your plan.
Q. Will I need a personal trainer if I'm on your program?
A. No, what you are getting is what a personal trainer such as I do. An individual exercise plan based on your goals and is modified through your progress.
Q. Do you provide diet plans?
A. Yes! If you purchase the Platinum Plan, You will be provided with food & supplement recommendations.
