client will fill out an online questionnaire, what I call a
lifestyle change questionnaire. Once that is completed &
submitted to me I will design the workout plan that is right
for you based on your feedback. |

Yes, your initial
workout plan is for eight weeks. After that I will do an assessment
of your progress to keep or modify your plan. |

No, what you are getting is what
a personal trainer such as I do. An individual exercise plan
based on your goals and is modified through your progress. |
